Arise Nicolette Coffee Company

The room

Built for staying.

Arise is a long room with big front windows, white walls and pendant lights, and it was laid out for people who sit down. Here's where.

The long room: window bar on the left, the counter and espresso bar on the right, pendant lights overhead.
An iced latte and a chocolate muffin on the window bar, framed art on the wall.

The window bar

A long bar with tall stools runs the length of the front windows. Bring the laptop, take the corner, and look up at Nicollet when the work gets slow.

“I loved visiting Arise! The atmosphere is great, it is very light and has great aesthetic. The coffee is amazing, especially their fall flavors. When I visited in October they had the most delicious gluten free donuts (which are so hard to find)! It’s also a great place to study.”

“Great local spot to connect with people you love! The staff was so friendly and understanding as we ended up accidentally staying MUCH past their closing hour. They politely let us know and let us take our time saying goodbyes”
